How we help
ESAI's 3-Step Grievance Process
We focus on resolving issues that have gone unattended by your security system integrators, using our network and influence to get you the right outcome.
Submit Your Grievance
Fill in the form with your product/warranty status, issue description, and the System Integrator's detail. We will take it forward from there.
ESAI Notifies Vendor
We formally notify the System Integrator or vendor associated with your complaint, requesting them to resolve the issue within a set timeframe.
Resolution Arranged
If the original integrator fails to respond, ESAI will suggest and arrange interested member companies to step in and serve you better.
Submit a Customer Grievance
Please provide as much detail as possible. ESAI will review your case and work to resolve it through the vendor or our member network.
